These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Frontari's website and services. By accessing frontari.com or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Frontari provides done-for-you AI-powered front desk services for local businesses, including but not limited to: missed call text-back, AI review responses, website chat management, appointment reminders, Google Business Profile posts, and monthly promotional campaigns ("Services").
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business to use our Services.
To use our Services, you will complete an onboarding form providing accurate information about your business. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and notifying us of any changes that may affect the Services.
Service fees are billed on a month-to-month basis as agreed at the time of signup. All fees are due at the start of each billing period. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' written notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
By using our Services, you grant Frontari a limited license to use your business name, logo, branding, and voice guidelines solely to perform the Services on your behalf. We will not use your business information for any other purpose without your consent.

All content, software, and materials on frontari.com are owned by or licensed to Frontari and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, including increases in reviews, leads, or revenue. Results may vary based on your industry, location, and business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Frontari harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
